Injuries keeping Sixers down from the start

After three seasons of “rebuilding” the Philadelphia 76er’s are no closer to having a title contending team then when they started the process, but, the fan base has gotten behind the team and the process.  Will they keep doing so if the Sixers fall again this season?

The team is expected to suit up only nine players in the season opener against the Celtics tomorrow night and Brett Brown is promising that his squad “will be ratty offensively.” Injuries to the squad include most recently Robert Covington, Tony Wroten, Kendall Marshall, Carl Landry and Nik Stauskas.

The Sixers home season opener is this Friday against the Utah Jazz.  Plenty of affordable tickets and great seat are still available so get out and help support your Philadelphia 76er’s~
